I can not get my teeth white no matter what whiten trick I do.  I am going on fourteen but I tried brushing my teeth with whitening toothpaste, strawberries, baking soda, proxide, and what knot without any luck.
I do not drink coffee, or teas and I do not smoke or do drugs. I have no clue as to why I can not whiten my of slightly yellowish teeth.  I really upset about this. My mom will not pay for me to have my teeth whiten at a dental office. So what I would like to know is there any other suggestions on how to get whiter teeth.

A few months back I was up late watching TV when I had yawned really big. Right away I heard my jaw popped. It also felt like it got caught up for just a second. The next day my ears seem like they are pressure in them.
I went to my doctor thinking I may have some type of ear infection because I was a little dizzy when I would get up or down. My doctor told me my ears were find.
My ears did seem to clear up but my jaw still would hurt me on and off. I try not to yawn but when I do I have that same popping and catching feeling.  I went back to the doctor who told me to see a dentist for possible TMJ issues.  I looked up on line what TMJ is and it seem to fit what is happening to me.
Does dental insurance cover for TMJ ?  I do not have dental insurance since I never really needed due to my dentist is a family member and he would always clean my teeth for free. I asked him about it and was told if I do have TMJ he could not help me with it that I would need to see an Orthodontic dentist. Where do I get dental insurance for my possible problem.?

A little over a week ago I was chewing some gum for about an hour or more when my gum was hurting around a crowned tooth. I stop and the pain when away shortly afterwords.  So I did not think to much of it.
Yesterday I was chewing some gum and the same thing started to happen again. So I stopped chewing the gum. However today I notice my gums around my crown tooth is red and puffy. It also hurt when I try to brush over the area.
I am not sure if it is the gum that is the issue or if something is wrong with my gums or the old crown I have. I would have it checked out but I do not have dental insurance and can not afford to go to the dentist. Is there some cheap dental insurance that I can get for this issue so I can have it looked at by a dentist?

Dental HMOs
These HMOs insurance plans, also known as “capitation plans,” operate like their medical HMO cousins. This type of dental plan provides a comprehensive dental care to enrolled patients through designated provider office (dentist). A Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) is a common example of a capitation plan. The dentist is paid on a per capita (per person) basis rather than for actual treatment provided.
Participating dentists receive a fixes monthly fee based on the number of patients assigned to the office. In addition to premiums, client co-payments may be required for each visit. Some typical features of these plans:
Monthly premiums (some require you to prepay a year’s worth)
Co-payments for office visits
Free preventive or routine care
You must select from an approved network of dentists
May have an initial enrollment fee
Annual dollar cap
Your average monthly cost: $5 to $20
Companies selling these plans are regulated by state insurance departments

I have been trying to help my boy friend get dental insurance for his son. Since I was able to get my boy friend on my dental plan he only needs something for his son who is ten. So far my boy friend has been paying out of pocket for all his son dental needs.
Now however his son is in the middle of braces and is being told he needs to have a few teeth pulled. The cost is just getting higher and higher and he is left with no knowing what to do. His current dentist does not take HMO only PPO which from what I can tell will have waiting period for the very dental service his son needs. Can anyone give us some helpful advise

So I got a job that offer dental insurance this is the first time I had dental insurance other then being on my parents plan. I got the packet information on it but it is kinda all going over my head. I talk to my co-worker but he said he does not knw much about it either since he has yet to use it.
I am not sure what I am covered for. I want to go to the dentist and get my cleaning but do not know if I am expected to pay anything. All I know for sure is that it is a PPO and I am told that I can go to any dentist and it does not matter.  I do I make sure what my coverages are?

Is there any dental insurance that offer full coverages? I want a dental insurance plan that will offer at least 50 percent off any dental service render. I do not want to get a plan thinking I am good to go only to be told that my dental insurace does not cover me for what the dentist is telling I need to have.

Hello, I live in Westchester NY and I have a family of four with no current dental insurance. I have seen many dental discount plan but I am not sure if you get what you pay for with them since they are so cheap are you really get much of any saving?
I have not seen any affordable dental insurance plans that I will even go beyond cost to review plan details.  What the point if I can not afford it. Looking for low cost dental insurance plans that will help me save money in dental services.
